Pretzel Caramel Brownies
I’m a sucker for sweet ‘n’ salty combination and the pretzel crumb in these caramel brownies gives you the perfect salty hit - with a crunch too.
It might seem like there are quite a few steps in this recipe, but really these brownies couldn’t be easier to whip up. This homemade caramel is always a winner, but can easily be substituted with shop bought if you’re short on time - a tin of trusty carnation will do the trick perfectly.
If you want to go crazy with the crumb - swap half of the pretzels for crushed up caramel popcorn for an extra bit of sweetness!
